Costs:
Registration opens to the public on Tuesday, April 15th. Early bird registration cost is $425.00 (plus tax) for those staying at the camp, and $375.00 (plus tax) for those who choose to sleep off-site.
Friday, May 16th, regular-pricing will take effect; the cost will be $450.00 (plus tax) for those staying at the camp, and $400.00 (plus tax) for those sleeping off-site. Registration closes end of day Sunday, August 31st or when the retreat has sold out.
Folks staying off-site are responsible for securing and payment of their alternate accommodations as well as transportation to and from the camp for activities and meals. We’ve included links to Booking.com and VRBO with rooms and homes in McCall Idaho for your convenience.
We’ve added the option to pay for your registration in installments, so you can more easily budget for Retreat. Look for the “Klarna” symbol on the payment page.
Meals:
Food is vegetarian, and all meals are served cafeteria style at predetermined times. Food allergies and sensitivities will be accommodated to the best of the camp kitchen’s abilities. There is a refrigerator in Cabin 5 available for our use should you need to plan for some alternative meals.
Sleeping Accommodations:
Your choice of a cabin, dorm room, or RV Parking (with full hook-ups; water, sewer and electricity) is included in your registration fee.

Cabins:
There are eight cabins. Each cabin has six sets of bunk beds; all the upper bunks are twin beds, 4 of the lower bunks are twin beds, and two of the lower bunks are full beds. Two of the cabins have gently sloped entrance ramps instead of stairs. There are two bathrooms with showers in each cabin.
Dorm rooms:
The dorm rooms are on the top floor of the main building. Each room has two sets of bunks. Both upper beds are twins, one lower is a twin and one lower is a full. The dorm rooms are accessed by a set of stairs; there are no elevator or ramps on site.
Attendees need to bring their own linens for cabins and for dorm rooms. Since these are beds designed for kids (with much better backs than some of us!) you might want to consider bringing some extra padding for your bed.
There are two large bathrooms; each with multiple stalls and showers on the dorm floor. There is no bathroom on the ground floor in this building. There is a row of single stall bathrooms with showers approximately 100 yards from the main lodge.
Afraid your snoring might keep someone awake? Let us know if you need a dorm room to yourself. We’ll do our best to accommodate. We want everyone well rested!
RV Spaces
There are nine RV spaces with hook ups (water, sewer, electricity) available. RV Spaces will be assigned based on RV size.
